If you order before 11am, Monday to Friday we will ship your order on the same day.

All orders placed before 11am Monday to Friday will ship the smae day. The UK Standard Shipping time is 2 to 4 business days.
UK Next Business Day Shipping - 1 Working Day (Orders placed after 11am on any Friday will be shipped on the following 'working' Monday).
If a customer inputs any incorrect address details to their order which causes the parcel to be delivered incorrectly , we will not hold any responsibility for this parcel. It is the customer that will have to try and retrieve the parcel themselves and at their cost.
International Shipping - Depending on your location it can take anything from 2 days to 3 weeks.
Zimzilla will deliver to all UK destinations and post with a private 24-48 hour signed courier service.

Zimzilla will deliver to all international destinations and we use Royal Mail international signed for, this will ensure a safe service that is tracked and monitored through transit. Most deliveries will be shipped via Royal Mail depending on the weight and value of the parcel. Delivery time between 5 - 12 days.

The below rates have been taken from Royal mails rate service card and they apply for all orders that weigh up to 2kg. Please note that for orders over this weight , there will be an additional £10.00 charged and added to the service. This applies to every Kilogram after the standard 2kg.

Yes of course we accept returns. If you're not happy , we are not happy. All returns will be processed after the warehouse has inspected your items and confirms that they are in original condition.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us in its original condition and packaging within 14 days (21 days in the case of international orders). Items will only be accepted in their original condition and packaging with all tags attached.
Please note - full refund will not include any postage costs.
Please read the following conditions as they are very important and could affect your return.
- You need to make sure the item has not been visibly worn or marked in anyway whatsoever.
- Do not try on garments in the presence of perfume , smoke or deodorant . It can get into the fabric and will make the item smell which we would likely consider unsalable.
- Please note you will need to pay the cost of returning the goods to us. Delivery charges are only refundable if the goods are faulty.

- As stated above , once we have checked your return, your account will be credited via Paypal.
Very important - Items should be sent by recorded post and securely packaged. Please include a note with your original order number and order date. Zimzilla cannot be responsible for loss or damage to items being returned so please use a safe service.
